This is where the refrigerator’s inner body and the inside of the doors are shaped. The line works automatically under the supervision of an operator. The plate that is taken from loading part of the line is heated in preheating unit. After works it’s brought to the heat level prior vacuum process in the main heating section. After that the plate having been distended by the vacuum in the vacuuming unit, takes the shape of the mold by drawing the panel on top of the mold and by air pressure from outside of plate.
After the cooling process the mold is taken out from the inside of the body and the edge cutting process is done automatically and it is transported to the exit conveyor.
